Welcome to Bible Brilliant. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Bible Brilliant.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Bible Brilliant platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Account Registration

To access certain features of Bible Brilliant, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address.
• Maintain the security of your password and account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Maintain only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or manipulate leaderboards is prohibited.
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Subscription Tiers

Bible Brilliant offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free: Limited daily games and access to select Bible reading content. Some features and game categories are restricted.
• Basic: Expanded access to games, reading plans, study guides, and progress tracking features.
• Premium: Unlimited access to all platform features, including all game categories, advanced study tools, church group tournaments, leaderboards, and priority support.

Feature availability within each tier may change as we develop new content and capabilities.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Bible Brilliant in a manner that is lawful and respectful. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Cheating: Using external tools, scripts, or unauthorized methods to manipulate game scores, leaderboard rankings, or progress tracking.
• Bot Abuse: Using automated programs, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in any way.
• Scraping: Systematically extracting data, content, or Bible text from the platform through automated means.
• Disrespectful Conduct: Engaging in harassment, hate speech, or any behavior that undermines the respectful community environment of Bible Brilliant.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your account credentials with others or allowing others to access your account.

Intellectual Property

All content on Bible Brilliant, including but not limited to game designs, study guides, articles, devotionals, course materials, graphics, and software, is owned by Advanced Learning Academy and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• Bible text used on the platform is from the King James Version (KJV), which is in the public domain.
• AI-generated Plain Speak translations are produced using third-party AI services and are provided as-is for educational purposes. These translations are not a replacement for established Bible translations and should be used as a supplementary study aid only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Bible Brilliant content without prior written permission from Advanced Learning Academy.

Payment and Billing

Paid subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until that date.
• Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at team@advancedlearning.academy for billing inquiries.
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable advance notice.

Limitation of Liability

Bible Brilliant is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Advanced Learning Academy makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

• We are not liable for any service interruptions, data loss, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
• We are not liable for any decisions made based on content, scores, or AI-generated translations provided through the platform.
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of Bible Brilliant shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms of Service. Specifically, accounts may be terminated for:

• Cheating or manipulating platform systems.
• Using bots or automated tools.
• Engaging in abusive or disrespectful behavior.
• Violating any other provision of these terms.

Upon termination, your access to the platform and all associated data may be permanently removed.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Bible Brilliant shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
